Sweet! I won the item on eBay and couldn't adjust the geometry or even keep a steady picure. This guide has the full schematics (not available anywhere else as far as I could tell), and was a bargain for the wealth of knowledge it contains. I hooked it up to my testing equipment, tweaked a few potentiometers and got it playing videogames in no time. Thanks!

Great Manual! It contains all the wiring schematics and mechanical exploded views that are essential for service and repair. I was surprised I even found this for such an old machine. Only wish I knew of this site many years ago.

â¢ Use the MANUAL SEARCH function if desired channels cannot be preset with the ASM or if you would like to preset channels to specific position numbers one by one. â¢ It is convenient to set the channel numbers to the same position numbers using MANUAL SEARCH and SKIP functions.
To preset channels (Manual search) and skip unnecessary position numbers
Manual search To skip a position number
After presetting the channels, you may skip unnecessary position numbers so that only the channels you want to watch are selected.

Select a desired position number with the CH or direct select buttons. Press the MENU button repeatedly to call up the SET UP menu on the screen.
Select the position number to be skipped with the CH buttons or direct select buttons.
Press the MENU t/s (or position t/s) buttons to move the cursor (S) to âSEARCHâ.
Press the MENU button repeatedly to call up the SET UP menu on the screen.
Press the MENU â/+ (or; â/+)buttons to start searching. The MENU â (or; â) button searches for lower-numbered channels; the MENU + (or; +) button for higher-numbered channels. Repeat this process until you can get the desired channel. When the desired channel is shown, press the MENU t/s buttons (or position t/s) to move the cursor (S) to âMEMORYâ.

Press the MENU + (or; +) button to store the channel at the current position.
When you desire to store another channel at another position, move the cursor (S) to âPOSITIONâ with the MENU t/s (or position t/s)buttons and select a desired position number with the MENU â/+ (or; â/+)buttons. Then, press the MENU t/s (or position t/s) buttons to move the cursor (S) to âSEARCHâ and repeat the steps 4 to 7. Or, repeat the steps 1 to 7 after the display disappears.
