For five bucks you can barely buy a hamburger. Or for the same five bucks you can buy a service manual. Much more useful. (and better for your health, depending on where you buy your hamburgers).
Yes, there are free manual sites out there, but if they don't have what you want, you have to pay.
And five bucks isn't much. Not for full specs, schematics and adjustment and parts replacement procedures.
My only criticism is that grayscale illustrations aren't well rendered, but I've seen worse.
Schematics and text are clear.
I'll be happy to purchase from here again.

Impressively thorough. Even the simple operators manual helped me "fix" one of the 2 CD players in the unit. This unit reads CD's from the top so they should be installed in the magazines "upside down" from typical CD players. The CD player service manual helped me unjam a stuck carriage because somebody transported the box laying down loaded with CD's. A little lens cleaning & the player now works well! Thanks for you help at a great price! Joe

I was skeptical at first but later found the manual to be good quality for the price. It took a couple hours to receive the email with the download link, well worth the wait. Thanks.

very helpful, I could not have cleaned motherboard and replaced the main fan without it

Good manual, schematics nice and clear with good quality scanning. Woul dhave been nice to have immediate access after purchasing though.
Adjustment items Focus adjustment The method mentioned left is applied to the focus adjustment on the G lens adjustment of 43PH, 42W.The details of G lens adjustment for 50PH,61PH, 50W, and 57W are described in the previous page.
Adjusting methods 4) Adjust the G lens focus. (Applicable only to 43PH, 42W) Watch the horizon of the left and right both ends of the screen (the range of circle with 100mm diameter shown in the following sketch), make optimum adjustments on the G lens focus, and check that the focus balance on the right and left is satisfactory. (Balance check of left-and-right G lens focus) (1) Adjust the G lens focus best by crosshatch of the left end (or the right end). (2) Check the focus of the right end (or the left end). If the balance of the left and right lens focus (flare) is different, part it and adjust to the medium quality. Check the environment and confirm that the focus quality (including flare) is within a tolerable range.
Point to be noted during G lens focus adjustment (To be adjusted within circles of 100mm diameter contacting the left and right of the bezel)
Concerning items 1), 2), 3), and 5) of G adjustment, these are common to the ones on the previous page. 3. R adjustment 1) Set to the R monochrome by lens cap. 2) Receive the image of Retma pattern. 3) Adjust the R electrical focus. Adjust by focus volume of the focus block (Z410) so that the screen center will come to optimum focus. 4) Adjust the R lens focus. Adjust so that the screen center will become the best. 5) Repeat 3, 4, and attempt to further improve the focus quality.
