I didn't realise a manual for an early plasma TV such as the one we were gifted could be so easily obtained. No manual was supplied with it, and as senior citizens we were a little puzzled over some aspects of its use. I do not want a listing for your store credit as we are not fairly big computer users. The manual was well organised, as it should be, with its backing of the Pioneer name. The download was prompt and everything worked quite smoothly. Thank you. Gordon.

Thank you very much for the manual. It is what I needed and it will be very helpful to me. The delivery of the manual was easy and very fast. I strongly recommend this site to other users. Best regards.

Manual acquired with good resolution, complete in all its pages, very good policy of the folder where are saved all products purchased.
Lamp housing
The lamp housing (TPD-S2-505-0631-xx, TPD-T1-505-0632-xx) fastens to the optical engine at the metal condenser lens housing. The assembly also includes the safety switch set, the lamp blower with ducting and the 40 mm lamp fan. NOTE When you replace the optical engine, leave the lamp housing attached to it. A new optical engine includes a lamp housing, lamp module, safety switches, and fans. 1 2 3 Remove the lamp module (see page 12). Remove the chassis and attached parts from the top case (see page 29). Remove the optical engine (see page 49). CAUTION Make sure to place the DMD cap over the DMD so that it does not fall out of its housing. 4 Remove the two M3x8 Torx screws that fasten the lamp housing to the metal color wheel housing. Then remove the lamp housing.
The blower, the 60mm lamp fan and the safety switches remain attached to the lamp housing.
